Dan Martinek has 20+ years in the recruiting industry. He has spent his entire career in the IT and Health Care sectors. A high energy people person who strives in delivering 100% customer service to every candidate he works with. He believes in finding glove fit career opportunities for all people. The recruiting field is truly his life and passion. Dan has both a Bachelor’s and Master degree in Health Care Administration.
Early in his career Dan served in the US ARMY. He was stationed at West Point, NY as a EMT training cadets and operating a medical facility for injured/sick soldiers and their families. Dan has lived in Orlando, FL for more than 30 years and is a very proud father of three young amazing children. Being a father is his absolute favorite and #1 job. As an avid sports fan, he coaches youth soccer and basketball at the YMCA when not helping his candidates find new opportunities.
Salesforce Administrator | Recruitment Manager
Jory came to Orlando from Upstate New York and has been a part of the VALiNTRY team since early 2016. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and has experience delivering custom configurations, automating business and sales processes, and driving user adoption on the Salesforce platform. In addition, Jory also holds certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords Mobile.
Jory also supports VALiNTRY’s Information Technology recruiting division as an IT Recruitment Manager. Jory works with Top Information Technology Talent to help them find their next career opportunities.
Joe DiGennaro was referred to us by another VALiNTRY team member. He is also a former Disney employee and brings his background in customer service leadership to our team. At one point, he was a Skipper on the famous Jungle Cruise! Joe brings his attention to detail, his desire to optimize processes, and ultimately, service our Consultants and Clients to VALiNTRY. He's a graduate of the prestigious Bentley University, and is thrilled to be on the VALiNTRY team.

Wes brings more than 10 years of Sales Leadership experience to VALiNTRY that spans from healthcare to Information Technology. Following a successful college wrestling and coaching career, he attacked the pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Professional gaining valuable experience in sales/marketing, product launch and field sales training.
In 2012, Wes made a shift into the exciting world of Information Technology and found success in Business Development, Consultative and Strategic Selling including software, hardware and services. A specialist in building client relationships and lasting partnerships, Wes is excited to join the VALiNTRY team in the Nashville market.
Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife Chris. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, and getting faster as a Spartan obstacle course athlete.

Brent graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management where he was the president of an on-campus student organization. Most recently, he worked in business development with a regional staffing firm in the Greater Boston Area where he specialized in Legal, Human Resources and Administrative staffing. Brent is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and has always been passionate about volunteer work and community service. He is a family orientated husband and father who most enjoys spending time with his three children.

He has extensive experience in sales management, lead generation, staffing, advertising and consulting.
Brent regularly is certified for Online Advertising best practices by Google and is a mentor for the incubator Talent Tech Labs, based in Manhattan, NYC.

Previously, Rob was the SVP of Strategic Planning for Lee Hecht Harrison | DBM for more than 8 years and prior to that, was an Economic and Financial Consultant with Arthur Anderson.
When he's not helping companies grow, Rob is building sets that support his kids' love of the theatre.

Casey's industry experience spans Fortune 1000, healthcare and private equity companies. Casey currently works for a leading venture capital firm, called Arsenal Venture Partners. At AVP, he is a part of an analyst team that evaluates hundreds of technology start-ups across dozens of sectors.
Before joining AVP, Casey developed the launch strategy for Valintry and continues to be an advisor in its growth and evolution. Casey has also spent time in China, working as a summer associate for Nalco. Casey completed his MBA at Rollins College.

A proven executive, this will be the second company he has started from the ground up.
