Dan Martinek has 20+ years in the recruiting industry. He has spent his entire career in the IT and Health Care sectors. The recruiting field is truly his life and passion. Dan has both a Bachelor’s and Master degree in Health Care Administration.
Early in his career Dan served in the US ARMY. He was stationed at West Point, NY as a EMT training cadets and operating a medical facility for injured/sick soldiers and their families. Dan has lived in Orlando, FL for more than 30 years and is a very proud father of three young amazing children. Being a father is his absolute favorite and #1 job. As an avid sports fan, he coaches youth soccer and basketball at the YMCA when not helping his candidates find new opportunities.
Director of Corporate Marketing
Scott has over 20 years of experience leading creative teams in marketing strategy, production, and design and he oversees the Corporate Marketing group in support of VALiNTRY's 6 recruitment and consulting brands. Scott has a B.A. in Communication from North Carolina State University and earned his M.B.A. at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
When he's not at work, you'll find Scott at the movies, trying new restaurants and exploring the local theme parks with his daughter and girlfriend.
Susan is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has over twenty years of experience making a difference in both academic and corporate settings. As an administrative and human resources professional, she has a proven track record in planning and organization, communication, teamwork, customer/client satisfaction, and various human resources compliance projects.
As family is of the utmost importance, Susan is the proud mother of a daughter currently attending college in South Carolina. She is an avid sports fan and spends time working on various community service projects.

A recent graduate of the University of Central Florida School of Business, Anna received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with a minor in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, baking, and traveling.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s School of Visual Arts and Design, David brings 20 years of advertising and design experience to VALiNTRY as our Art Director.
Having worked with many well-known brands in the past, David's primary focus is making VALiNTRY look as amazing as the team behind it.
Other than doing what he loves for a living, David particularly enjoys comic books, yoga, bicycling, baking, and adventures with his dog.

Kaley is an honors graduate from Daytona State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. Kaley excels at building relationships, finding an individual recruit’s talents, and developing businesses.
Outside of work, Kaley loves traveling with her husband and reading.

Jory came to Orlando from Upstate New York and has been a part of the VALiNTRY team since early 2016. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant and has experience delivering custom configurations, automating business and sales processes, and driving user adoption on the Salesforce platform. In addition, Jory also holds certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords Mobile.
Jory spends his free time at one of Orlando’s famous theme parks like Disney or Universal or participating in the Salesforce community through user groups, meet ups, or Trailhead. Jory is passionate about dogs, technology, and finding the best cup of coffee in town!

Joe specializes in delivering pre-qualified tax & audit CPAs to public accounting firms.
He's a graduate of the prestigious Bentley University, and brings a tremendous level of attention to detail and customer service to our team and clients at VALiNTRY.

VP - Business Development - Nashville
Wes brings more than 10 years of Sales Leadership experience to VALiNTRY that spans from healthcare to Information Technology. Following a successful college wrestling and coaching career, he attacked the pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Professional gaining valuable experience in sales/marketing, product launch and field sales training.
In 2012, Wes made a shift into the exciting world of Information Technology and found success in Business Development, Consultative and Strategic Selling including software, hardware and services. A specialist in building client relationships and lasting partnerships, Wes is excited to join the VALiNTRY team in the Nashville market.
Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife Chris. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, and getting faster as a Spartan obstacle course athlete.

Casey's industry experience spans Fortune 1000, healthcare and private equity companies. Casey currently works for a leading venture capital firm, called Arsenal Venture Partners. At AVP, he is a part of an analyst team that evaluates hundreds of technology start-ups across dozens of sectors.
Before joining AVP, Casey developed the launch strategy for Valintry and continues to be an advisor in its growth and evolution. Casey has also spent time in China, working as a summer associate for Nalco. Casey completed his MBA at Rollins College.
