IT Support Specialist ( Office 365 )

Job Description
The Infrastructure Support specialist is responsible for direct support of all aspects of the end user environment.  The role supports and maintains vdi/vm server infrastructure and all third-party applications.  The Associate participates in the maintenance, support, design, and upgrade of all infrastructure systems.  
Essential Job Requirements:
•        Act as point of contact for all user IT issues
•        Application support for core banking, wealth management software, email and
          hosted voip
•        Responsible for maintaining user access rights across multiple platform
•        Provide remote support to colleagues and clients across multiple states
•        Responsible for managing hardware/software inventory and procurement needs
         associated with all products
•        Troubleshoot and maintain hardware such as wyse terminals, laptops, phones,
          printers and various network appliances
•        Strong customer service and problem solving
•        Must be team oriented
•        Strong collaboration skills
•        Help Desk Support
•        VDI support experience
•        Wyse Terminal
•        Office 365 Support
•        Report Writing
•        VOIP troubleshooting
•        Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a community/regional banking preferred but
         not required
•        Associates Degree required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred
