Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator leads the ongoing development of deployment for the company’s Commercial Operations group.   This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst.  You will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.  Must thoroughly understand the companies' businesses, the issues and challenges
facing the industry and organization."
Job Duties:
•     Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce. com environment with 40+ users  
       and provide ongoing training and support for sales group
•     Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and
       dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
•     Support and maintain current Einstein Analytics Dashboards (Reporting /Commercial
       Update/Bug Fixes)
•     Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades; adapt to be mobile
•     Manage data feeds and other integrations (Movex)
•     Support Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Price Increase communication
•     Coordinate the  evaluation,  scope  and  completion  of  new  development  requests 
       (process automation using Process Builders and Flow)
•     Work  with  our  management  team  to  establish  suitable  processes  to  support 
       administrative, development, and change management activities
•     Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce. com skill set across the
•     Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development
•     Work   independently   with   members   of   the   user   community   to   define   and  
        document development requirements
Job Qualifications:
•     Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, and 5-7 years of experience       
       as a administrator with minimal exposure to APEX
•  Admin certifications  (ADM201   and  ADM211),   Sales   Cloud,  Service  
       Cloud and  Developer certifications preferred
•     Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
•     Excellent  project management  skills  with  previous  experience  working  in  a  SCRUM  or 
       agile environment preferred and a documented history of successfully driving projects to
•     Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and
       manage laterally and upwards
•     Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
•     Advanced level skills using MS Office products including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and     
•     Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
