System Access Helpdesk Specialist (Active Directory)


Seeking System Access Helpdesk Specialist (Active Directory) 

Ideal person will provide technical assistance in administering setups in Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, Process CA-Service Desk customer ticket request and process other specific system access.

Essential Functions

  • Create and delete Users, Groups, PG Groups and Resources in Active Directory
  • Assign permission access rights to User and Group accounts in Active Directory
  • Setup new email accounts in Outlook
  • Setup new initial system access in more than 30 system applications
  • Monitor and process terminations, changes coming in from User Access Request system, Service Desk, Medical Education or Medical Staff Services and HR Daily Log
  • Deactivate user access listed on the 'HR Termination List' (deactivate immediately all vulnerable systems)
  • Assign permission access rights to User and Group accounts in Active Directory
  • Add new users in Security Database, our IAM-Identity Access Management system

Education/Training

High school graduate or equivalent

Licensure/Certification
One (1) IT industry-standard certifications (not a requirement for Contractors)

Experience

One (1) year direct IT experience supporting customers in a networked environment.
