As with all our Public Accounting roles, to be considered you must have 3+ years of current / recent U.S. based Public Accounting Firm experience and your U.S. State issued CPA License must be Active or in process.

Job Description:

  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Ability to prepare financial statements
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff and assess performance
  • Read and be familiar with pronouncements from the AICPA, FASB, and GASB
  • Stay up-to-date on firm policies, procedures, and the AICPA and the state CPA society’s rules, regulations, and Code of Ethics
  • Look for opportunities to provide additional services to our clients
  • Perform other job functions and projects as requested to support the firm
  • Must be able to travel to client locations (usually within one to two hours of the office), approximately 50-60%


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Masters in Accountancy preferred. Relevant business experience is a plus.
  • CPA with 8 to 10 years commercial client experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Good work ethic, service driven, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take on responsibility
  • Confidence to work directly with our top managers and shareholder’s from the start and a drive to learn and develop technical skills
