At VALiNTRY, we are always seeking highly qualified Workday Functional Consultants to work with shareholders to maximize the performance of the Human Resources team by driving innovation through leading-edge systems and processes. The Workday Functional Consultant’s role is to collaborate with business partners to realize the full capability of the platform within the environment. Responsible for all types of building and enhancements to HR prices to improve their functions, align their objectives, and drive results.

A highly qualified candidate will also drive Workday initiatives, training, and deployments throughout the organization. To be considered, 4+ years of current or/and very recent Workday experience (including certification) is REQUIRED.

What Companies are looking for in a Workday Functional Consultant Our team specializes in delivering career placement services to those Workday Functional Consultants with a minimum of 4+ years’ work experience as a Workday Functional Consultant in contract, contract to hire, direct hire and project consulting roles. Various hard skills are required, such as deep knowledge of the Workday Platform, all phases of the technologies implemented, and a degree in a related field such as Human Resources or a Technology discipline. Companies are also looking for soft skills like a high level of communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, writing, and organization skills. Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and any related certifications are also desired.

A great Workday Functional Consultant candidate will need to be able to combine their technical expertise with very strong written and oral communication skills.

As a Workday Functional Consultant, the ideal candidate should have completed training through Workday, and have been previously certified in Workday Pro. Our clients are Workday Partners and are able to transfer each certification. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their capability with the platform.
